NO-SHOW POLICY
Cancellation Policy: Liquid Gold Studio requires a 24 hours notice to reschedule/cancel an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee charged to your card on file to compensate for the time that was secured for you.

Late Policy: A grace period of10 minutes is allowed for late arrivals. If you exceed this timeframe without proper communication, your appointment will be cancelled, resulting in the same cancellation charged stated above. We know that unforeseen emergencies may arise, in such cases, please communicate promptly to explore alternative arrangements.

No-Show Policy: NO SHOWS ARE NOT TOLERATED AT Liquid Gold Studio. This will result in an automatic cancellation fee charge to your credit card on file.

Late Fee and Cancellation Fee: Clients are charged 50% fee for not showing up and 50% for late cancellations under 24 hours notice.

Return Policy: Our 7 day return policy is eligible on items that are unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt and proof of purchase are required. To make a return, please send an email to info@liquidgoldstudio.com to start the return process.
Refunds: Refunds are not provided, as clients pay for both time and products, which are essentially non-returnable. However, ensuring customer satisfaction is a top priority, and I’m committed to finding a resolution. If you’re dissatisfied with a service, please reach out to the Liquid Gold Studio to address your concerns and explore potential solutions together.
